Reason for recall

WASHINGTON, Jan. 28, 2019 Perdue Foods, LLC, a Bridgewater, Va. establishment, is recalling approximately 16,011 pounds of ready-to-eat (RTE) chicken nugget products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The products contain milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. The RTE chicken nugget items were produced on Jan. 10, 2019. FSIS is concerned that some product may be in consumers refrigerators. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them.
